Cancellation Policy

On-Site Training

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. There will be a $500 cancellation fee plus the Paypal fees that we incurred during the transaction if we receive a cancellation request via email more than seven days from the course start date. If we receive a cancellation request in less than seven days from the course start date, NO refund will be provided. 

This course is conducted in a private dental office. This means the office will be working in a limited capacity for any patient treatment except emergencies. When you register for a course the seat becomes unavailable from a potential candidate. A cancellation or no show results in a loss for the potential student and office. Hence, if anyone cancels with less than one week (Less Than seven days) notice from the date of the first day of the course, NO refund will be provided.

Any requests for date changes after payment, though possible, will be at the course director’s discretion.

E-Learning

No refund will be given to those who paid for the eLearning enrollment once your login ID has been issued and you have logged into the system as a user.

If you have paid and never logged in, we will refund you 100% if you made a claim within the first five days of Payment. After five days, no refund can be provided.

No transfer of the e-Learning enrollment License will be possible at any time. If the user login information is shared with any outsider or non-registered individual, the License for access will be canceled immediately, and the student will be blocked access. No refund will be issued.

Our Cancellation Policy is final.
